Log into your CoolGeek account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Hardware
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
